Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Reasono processes, why it is used, how long it is retained, and how you can exercise your rights.
This English version is provided for convenience. Where legally permitted, the original Spanish version controls if there is a conflict in interpretation. Mandatory privacy rights remain unaffected.
1. Controller
The data controller is Daniel Sebastian Abratte, Argentine tax ID (CUIT) 20-33314270-9, with an address at 9 de Julio 546, Marull, Córdoba, Argentina. Privacy contact: support@reasono.io.
2. Data we process
- Identity and contact data: first and last name, email, date of birth, country, state or province, city, and declared address.
- Account and security data: irreversibly hashed passwords, sessions, verifications, legal acceptances, roles, IP address for security, browser data, audit records, and fraud-prevention signals.
- Service analytics: pages visited, date, referrer, campaign, device, browser, operating system, language-region, country when supplied by the proxy, and an irreversible monthly identifier that does not retain the raw IP address.
- Affiliate program: referral link, click, attributed registration, first-month payment status, and associated reward.
- Workspace data: profile, content, files, folders, offers, settings, and operational activity.
- Telegram data: identifiers, channels, permissions, publications, events, and metadata required for the integration. Secret tokens are not displayed publicly.
- SaaS billing data: customer, order, and subscription identifiers; status; plan; dates; and limited non-sensitive details supplied by Lemon Squeezy. Reasono does not store full card numbers or security codes.
- Support, reports, cancellation requests, and communications.
3. Purposes
- Create, authenticate, and protect accounts.
- Provide the SaaS, store content, and execute requested settings.
- Manage trials, subscriptions, access, and support.
- Connect Telegram and maintain auditable operations.
- Prevent abuse, fraud, incidents, and prohibited uses.
- Measure usage, performance, visited pages, and traffic sources to improve the service.
- Attribute registrations to affiliate links and administer rewards.
- Meet legal, tax, accounting, consumer-protection, and valid request obligations.
- Improve performance using aggregated or anonymized information.
4. Legal bases
Depending on the context, processing relies on informed consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal duties, and legitimate interests in protecting the service and preventing fraud. Processing is subject to Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law 25,326 and any mandatory rights that apply to the data subject.
5. Recipients and processors
Reasono uses providers needed to operate, including Hostinger for hosting and email, Lemon Squeezy for SaaS billing, and Telegram for integrations and Stars payments. Security, support, storage, or professional providers may also be used under confidentiality duties. Personal data is not sold.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside Argentina or your country. Reasono seeks to minimize transferred data, use providers with suitable contractual and technical measures, and apply legally required safeguards. Telegram and Lemon Squeezy maintain their own policies and roles for data they process directly.
7. Retention
Data is retained during the relationship and afterward for periods needed for legal obligations, claims, audit, security, and fraud prevention. Verification links expire after 24 hours and sessions have limited duration. Deleted content may remain temporarily in backups. An irreversible identity fingerprint is retained to prevent repeat trials without retaining an additional email copy for that purpose. Site analytics events are deleted after 90 days. Affiliate and reward records are retained as needed for administration, audit, accounting, and claims.
8. Security
Reasono applies access controls, service isolation, transport encryption, password hashing, secure sessions, CSRF controls, signed webhooks, audit trails, and private storage. No system is infallible; relevant incidents will be contained and legally required notices will be made.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
Strictly necessary cookies maintain sessions and protect access. Reasono’s first-party analytics does not install advertising cookies or send IP addresses to external geolocation services; it uses a monthly cryptographic identifier that cannot recover the original IP. Visiting an affiliate link installs a first-party HTTP-only cookie for 30 days to attribute a possible registration; it is not used for behavioral advertising. No third-party advertising cookies are currently used. If consent-requiring technology is introduced, this policy and available controls will be updated.
10. Your rights
You may request information, access, correction, updating, deletion, restriction, or another right available under mandatory law by emailing support@reasono.io and reasonably verifying your identity. Under Argentine law, access requests are answered within 10 calendar days and correction, updating, or deletion requests within 5 business days. Deletion may be limited by legal duties, security needs, evidence, or third-party rights.
Argentina’s Agency for Access to Public Information supervises Law 25,326 and may receive complaints. See argentina.gob.ar/aaip. Residents of other jurisdictions may also contact their competent data-protection authority where applicable.
11. Minors and sensitive data
Reasono is only for people aged 18 or older. Reasono does not intentionally request unnecessary sensitive information. If uploaded content contains third-party data, the creator is responsible for having a lawful basis, informing those people, and respecting their rights.
12. Changes and contact
Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means and may require renewed acceptance. Questions, rights requests, or incidents: support@reasono.io.
