Terms and Conditions
These terms govern creators’ use of the Reasono software. Digital-content purchases made inside Telegram are also governed by Telegram’s terms and by the terms of the creator offering that content.
This English version is provided for convenience. Where legally permitted, the original Spanish version controls if there is a conflict in interpretation. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not affected.
1. Service operator
Reasono is operated by Daniel Sebastian Abratte, Argentine tax ID (CUIT) 20-33314270-9, an individual registered under Argentina’s simplified tax regime, with an address at 9 de Julio 546, Marull, Córdoba, Argentina. Contact: support@reasono.io.
2. Purpose and acceptance
Reasono provides software as a service that enables creators to organize premium content, configure offers, and manage Telegram integrations. By registering, you state that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
3. Account requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current information.
- You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity performed through your account.
- Reasono may request verification of email, identity, age, channel ownership, or permissions when needed for security, compliance, or fraud prevention.
- You may not transfer, sell, or share an account to bypass controls.
4. Free trial
Reasono offers a 30-day free trial without requiring a card. One trial is allowed per creator. To prevent abuse, Reasono retains irreversible identifiers for identities that used a trial. Deleting an account, changing an email, or creating another workspace does not automatically create a new trial.
5. Paid plan and billing
After the trial, access to private features requires Reasono Pro, currently offered at USD 20 per month unless another promotion or price is disclosed before purchase. Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record and processes the payment method, taxes, receipts, renewals, refunds, and chargebacks under its terms. Final price, currency, and taxes are shown at checkout before confirmation.
The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can manage it from Billing. Cancellation prevents future renewals, and access continues through the paid period unless a different legal or technical rule is disclosed.
6. Telegram Stars and creator funds
Payments for digital content inside Telegram must use Telegram Stars when required by Telegram’s rules. Reasono does not hold, receive, convert, or distribute a creator’s Stars or rewards. The creator connects their own channels or groups and retains the corresponding economic relationship. Telegram is an independent third party and may change its services, rules, fees, or availability.
7. Creator content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of your content and grant Reasono a limited, non-exclusive, and technically revocable license to host, process, and display it according to your configuration and to provide the service. You represent that you hold all necessary rights, licenses, age verifications, and consents.
You may not publish or facilitate illegal content; exploitation or sexualization of minors; intimate material without consent; trafficking, violence, or threats; fraud; malware; deliberate intellectual-property infringement; impersonation; unlawfully obtained personal data; or any use intended to evade law or Telegram rules. Reasono is not presented as an adult-content-only platform and may require additional controls before allowing regulated categories.
8. Moderation, reports, and enforcement
Reasono may investigate reports, preserve evidence, limit visibility, suspend access, remove content, or close accounts when there is reasonable risk, a violation, or a valid request. Measures will seek to be proportionate without preventing urgent security action. Contact support@reasono.io to report content or request a review.
9. Availability, maintenance, and copies
Reasono seeks reasonably continuous operation but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the internet, Telegram, Lemon Squeezy, or third-party services. Maintenance, incidents, and API changes may occur. Creators must keep original copies of their content; Reasono must not be used as the only copy.
10. Intellectual property
Reasono’s software, brand, interface, documentation, and components belong to its operator or licensors. Copying, reselling, decompiling, interfering with, or exploiting the service beyond legal authorizations is prohibited.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Reasono and cancel the plan at any time. Reasono may suspend or terminate an account for violations, security risk, fraud, non-payment, or a legal requirement. Where reasonably possible, creators may export or remove content, subject to retention duties, investigations, and third-party rights.
12. Warranties and liability
Reasono is provided with reasonable care and subject to availability. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, Reasono is not responsible for a creator’s business decisions, third-party content, Telegram changes, loss of rewards managed by third parties, or unforeseeable indirect damages.
13. Withdrawal, cancellation, and refunds
You may use the public cancellation and withdrawal form without signing in. Requests are handled under Argentine Consumer Protection Law 24,240, the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code, applicable processor rules, and any mandatory law that protects you. Refunds do not restrict statutory rights and may be processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record.
14. Changes
Reasono may update these terms for legal, technical, or commercial reasons. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means and may require renewed acceptance. The applicable version is recorded with the account.
15. Governing law and claims
Argentine law applies, without limiting mandatory protections available in the user’s jurisdiction. Venue is determined by mandatory rules, including consumer law; no clause requires a waiver of non-waivable rights. Questions or claims: support@reasono.io.
